All I.T. systems and software procedures used to operate our platforms collect users data’s while used, as implicit using internet communication protocols. These includes IP address, users domain names, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, date and time of visited pages, server and active services interactions methodology, obtained files sizes, numeric code of server answering (successful, error, etc.…) and all the necessary parameters of users operating system
When you visit us, you are declaring:

Still Anonymously we use Cookies and similar, which can from your browser options (See below Cookies Policy – N.5)
Based on these information we can optimize your Online experience and safeguard yours and ours Internet environment.
All data collected are entire anonymous, we are not able to identify you, to tie the above listed data to personal, name registered info, unless provided directly and voluntarily by the user, registering with us a new account.
We will not ask consensus dealing with data, as limited to anonymous, not personal. Until when all registered interactions are strictly anonymous, you will not have rights (see below Your Rights – N 7) to Log In, to ask us to modify or cancel collected data, to ask us to not analyse or share it, to modify the way we use it or how we store it.

All purchases on our Website can be made only if a personal account was mad
When signed up and made a purchase from our page, as part of the transaction process, we collect the following personal information from you:

These data are necessary to complete the invoicing and delivery procedures of the purchased products

The processing of the Personal Account data is based (even for the Assistance Service, see below – N 1.4) on our obligation to fulfil the supply of the product and services requested while consenting to receive and provide information related to our activities, including marketing and advertising related, upcoming offers or services and advertising activity, aiming to tailor the selection of offers potentially of interested to each user
We collect and store users account for the following purposes:
- To carry out our obligations arising from any contract between you and us, to provide you the information, the products and the services you requested
- Set up and manage your account, contact you about your orders or any eventuality
- Carry out analysis, market research and satisfaction statistics on our services
- To confirm your age and identity to prevent possible frauds
Once fully signed up, you will always be clearly asked for your consensus on us processing your data, which is optional but important for the services requested (supply of products) and essential to access our further services, future messaging, tailored offers and newsletter.

Even if you did not placed any orders, or even did not yet create a personal account with us, you can subscribe to our Newsletter, filled with info on our showrooms and available stock, new upcoming products and more. In this case, we will collect and store the following data .

1.4 Customer Service
In order to provide adequate support, customer service employees have access to the account information giving you more effective and reliable service
Account data is used by Customer Service for:
- Provide you with ever improving services, the customer assistance, sending you all products supply information, (such as the Privacy Policy, references to Customer Service, Sales conditions, Information on methods and timing of activation-deactivation and specifics of requested services) help deleting your account would you so wish

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE
All your data, will be stored in dedicated hard drives, either ours or of third party professionals, with which we collaborate only at the highest security standards. These data are shared uniquely for storage purposes
We would only share your data if obliged by the law or as consequence of our sales agreements being violated
When you agreed to us using your data for marketing purposes, these will be transferred to third party professionals which manage our marketing campaigns and all general advertising, for them to send you products to test and promotional campaign to rate, asking for feedbacks in real time, so to be able to evaluate different advertising forms effectiveness

Your data will never be publicly shared.
SECTION 4 – HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We will not keep your data for any longer then the strictly necessary time to achieve the targets listed in this Privacy Policy. Some of the data has different expiring dates, but the vast majority simply stays in our archives for how long permitted by Italian laws on data collection, with time running from your last interaction (last order placed, when you cancel newsletter subscription etc..). From then on, your data will be made anonymous and then deleted.

Personal account date remain in use and actual until when that account it is not deleted. When the user do delete the account, we keep data stored for not longer then permitted by the law. You can ask us to inspect and modify data by writing to us at: privacy@traianoluce73.it
4.2 4.2 Newsletter and Promotional Messages
The consent to be sent promotional info and newsletters, and all related data, remain valid until when the user is subscribed. We still verify, periodically, the continued interest on receiving the information. When not answered, we proceed removing the user from newsletter subscriptions list and eventually even deleting the personal account
A link to sign off from newsletter is always attached to the newsletter’s email.
SECTION 5 – COOKIES
Cookies are small info communicating to the device you are using previous interaction with our website. Cookies are stored on your hard disk, not on our online web. When landing to our site, your device will tell us if you visited us before. This will allow faster navigation and previous behaviours will be remembered and used to provide smoother user experience (remembering form’s filling up data, for example)

Web Analytics Service (Anonymized Data)
We have integrated a component of a web analytics service (automatically rendering data anonymous) on this website. Web analytics can be defined as the collection and analysis of data about the behaviour of visitors to websites. Delivery Service
We use a shipping carrier to deliver our products. This service handles the shipment between our company and the customer’s address.

We use external payment services to process transactions (such as credit card payments).
